Welcome, Elegant and Sublime - Sleeps 14

This is a fairly unique property as there are very few independent chalets, and even fewer that can sleep 14 guests in a beautifully spacious setting. The chalet is 190sq m in total area set over 3 floors.

On entering the chalet: the entrance hall has a spiral staircase leading to the first floor and lower ground floor and leads through to an open plan living and dining area with a dining table seating 14. There is a comfortable seating area to relax in front of the open fire at the end of a day’s skiing.

Two sets of double doors lead out to a large terrace with fantastic views of the mountains and village.

The kitchen has two parts; one part enclosed and the other with a high bar, the perfect place for an aperitif!

Lower Ground Floor

Double bedroom with ensuite shower room, bedroom with two sets of bunk beds with an ensuite bathroom and one bedroom with one set of bunk beds with an ensuite shower room, seperate toilet. Laundry room; equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

Ground Floor

Twin bedded room with ensuite shower room, seperate toilet, open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Balcony with furniture.

First Floor

Two double bedrooms, Shower room and seperate toilet. To the front of the chalet there is a ski room with heated boot and glove warmers and private parking for up to five cars.

Location

The chalet is at the entrance to the resort, 20m from the nearest piste "Champame La Cote" this allows easy access for ski in and out using the “Petit Aiguille” chair lift. The chalet is nestled in the quieter area of the resort with a south east facing balcony ensuring you get the afternoon sun.
